This new service, called RHOBI Click, is free to anyone who registers, benefiting companies by enabling them to build stronger relationships with customers and vendors. Businesses are connected together, including their saleable goods, based on personal relationships, or Clicks between buyers and sellers. This service was developed to help answer two questions all business owners face: "Who do I trust to buy from?", and in today's tight credit economy, "Who should I trust to sell to?"

RHOBI Click accomplishes this level of integration by working directly in conjunction with three other RHOBI services: Advantage, Blast, and Mail. RHOBI Advantage is RHOBI's office management solution, which is 100% web based and smart phone compatible.

RHOBI Blast allows companies to market their inventory and services for free, either by listing line items for sale as with typical locator services or by posting in newsgroups. The difference being that once you have clicked with your supply chain, inventories posted by companies within your network have a higher priority. In addition, anyone can search and issue RFQ's at no cost.

The third service, RHOBI Mail, performs free instant messaging and works in tandem with Blast to distribute message board posts and personal communication (Click messages) in the form of popup notes.
